How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
You will receive notification that your order is ready for pick up will via email. Most orders are processed within two to three business days. If, after two to three business days, you have not received confirmation that your order is ready for pick up, please check your email filters or contact us.
When and where can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up during our regular store hours. You can find the location of your pick up listed on the pick up notification email. To pick up your order, please check in at the cash registers with your order confirmation email ready. Our store locations are:
Can my order be shipped to me?
We are unable to ship orders at this time. Orders must be picked up in person at the ReStore the purchased items are located at.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have three business days to pick up your order, starting from when you receive confirmation that your order is available for pick up. After three business days, your order will accrue a $5 per day storage fee. If the storage fee grows to exceed the cost of the order, your items will be considered a donation and resold.
Can I see available items in person before buying them online?
We are unable to accommodate this request at this time, as items listed on our online storefront are stored separately from the items in our retail stores.
Can I return my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your order when you arrive for pick up, items can be returned minus a $5 restocking fee. Electronic items carry the same 30-day return policy that we offer in our retail stores. All other items are final sale once they have left the store.
Can I use a ReStore gift card in the online store?
Unfortunately, we are not able to process ReStore gift cards in our online store at this time.
Can I use my tax ID or any other type of discount card?
We are unable to process tax ID numbers or local discount cards through our online store at this time.
